Outside of Work

My family was born in Palestine. I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and grew up in London, Ontario, Canada — yes that does mean I have 3 citizenships. Actually 2, but I can get the third!

I am tied-middle within my 6 siblings (even number so we are tied in the middle). I spent childhood until 27 years old in London. Then I moved to Ottawa for 2 years as a Geophysicist.

I'm a super avid outdoorsman, love to hike and climb mountains to the worrisome of my loved-ones.

Also I am really bad at Jiu-Jitsu but I love to compete, also to the worrisome of my loved-ones, especially my mum. I have been training in MMA for more than 5 years, in Taekwondo, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay-Thai, MMA, Wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu, but I only ever 'spar' to the delight of my future brain, but to the despair of my competitive side!

I love to compete in Chess! Fun fact, I have played in official chess tournaments in more than 4 countries, and have brought great shame to my family name throughout all of them.

I am a 'professional artist' — that's what I tell others when I try to be cool. I actually have sold paintings online and even commissioned a painting. I know, even I am so surprised at that.

I really like to read, and as the saying goes, and it's true for me — I like to buy books that I never read lol.

I am personality-wise very high in openness when I have my sleep, decently sized in neuroticism, since I am anxious around people — don't you dare use this against me.
